Curriculum

Brandcliff House offers a wide range of subjects for both academic and less academic students. In 2019 we once again achieved a 100% Matric pass rate of which we are very proud. Individual timetables enable students to take varied subject combinations. Students are prepared for the National Senior Certificate Examination.

Grades 8 and 9

English, Afrikaans, Mathematics, Life Orientation, Natural Sciences (Biology and Science), Economic Management Sciences (Accounting and Business Economics), Social Sciences, Creative Arts, Technology.

Grades 10 to 12

Compulsory subjects:
English, Afrikaans, Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy, Life Orientation.

Choice subjects (3):

Physical Science, Life Sciences, Accounting, Business Studies, Consumer Studies, Computer Applications Technology (CAT), Geography, Visual Arts, Tourism, AP Maths.
